Participants graduated from any stream. Undergraduates with a minimum successful H.S.C. qualification. All we require is a desire to learn, motivation to achieve success and a commitment towards the field of Early Childhood Education.
It is done through offline activities like written assessments, projects, case studies etc. and internship in practice preschools.
