You may not use anyone else's Kidzee ID, password or account at any time without the express permission and consent of the holder of that Kidzee ID, password or account. ZLL cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these obligations.

GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION

All disputes and differences arising between the parties hereto, including any dispute or difference in regard to the interpretation of any provision or term or the meaning thereof, or in regard to any claim of one party against the other or in regard to the rights and obligations of any parties hereto under these Terms of Use or otherwise, howsoever, shall be referred to a sole arbitrator to be appointed ZLL and such arbitration shall be governed by the provisions of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, for the time being in force. The venue of arbitration proceedings shall be in Mumbai only and language of such proceedings shall be English
